Futures Without Violence is leading a multi-stakeholder collaborative to enhance the personal safety and economic security of low-wage workers. At three pilot sites in three different industries (including health care) across the country, Futures, a company, a worker/community association, and local domestic and sexual violence service providers are partnering to develop sustainable, industry-focused, and culturally relevant trainings, education tools, policies, and practices that prevent and respond to domestic and sexual violence and stalking.
