Description:
This symposium describes three key aspects of a Train the Trainer curriculum on the intersection of domestic violence and HIV/AIDS. The presenters will describe how & why this cross-training curriculum was created to bring HIV/AIDS and DV service providers together, what we learned from a pre-post evaluation survey measuring change in trainer knowledge and confidence, and the 9-month follow-up evaluation that examined the impact of the training. Lastly the presenters will discuss lessons learned and their next steps.
