In this session we present a research study investigating the prevalence of exposure to workplace violence and intimate partner violence (IPV) among female sex workers (FSW) and their children compared to a sample of age-matched working women and their children in El Alto, Bolivia. We report on the prevalence of child witness to violence in this population. We explore the risk factors for violence exposure in FSW and resources necessary to address the needs of these women and children.
