Description:
This session will highlight three research projects funded by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) that examine the relationships between physical/mental health and alcohol use and developmental patterns of teen dating violence over time. These studies will be presented in the context of NIJ’s leadership role in supporting TDV research and coordinating Federal partners in order to effectively integrate research, practice and policy. Implications of the findings from these studies on future research, policy and practice will be discussed.
