- recognize that each group of health care professionals has different educational needs and requires unique educational strategies.
- list educational techniques that they will use to more effectively train health care providers on domestic violence.
- list educational venues that can be used to train hospital personnel and increase awareness of DV at their institutions.
This presentation will teach participants how to effectively train medical professionals and other hospital personnel through the use of educational games, team-based learning and realistic scenarios. Participants will find this to be an active workshop with a variety of teaching methods demonstrated.
