Description:
The Susan Schechter Social Action Seminar provides the next generation of anti-violence leaders with the knowledge and skills to carry on the movement. This poster will present one student's final project from the course: an intervention designed to support staff in times of uncertainty, increase worker morale, reduce stress and burnout, and create a more stable workforce.
