Description:
For the past six years, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children has collaborated with the Lutheran Settlement House to implement one of the most comprehensive hospital-based pediatric domestic violence (DV) programs in the nation. This multifaceted program has provided onsite DV services for over 650 parents victimized by DV. We report on our successes and continued challenges. This information should be useful to other pediatric health care institutions wishing to establish or improve upon their own DV programs.
