  1. Describe two different community based models for identifying and responding to IPV within home visiting contexts.
  2. Discuss the factors that influence implementation of IPV interventions in home visitation.
  3. Synthesize implications for policy, training and funding for continued implementation of evidence-based IPV interventions in perinatal home visiting programs.

Description:
The purpose of this symposium is to describe and discuss screening, assessment and interventions for intimate partner violence (IPV) in two different models for perinatal home visiting programs to improve maternal and infant outcomes.
