Description:
Domestic violence collaboratives take many forms and have been identified as a best practice by the World Health Organization, but are we rising to the challenge? This presentation reviews the work of DV collaborative, and provides a new slant on how the Danger Assessment can be employed as a health advocacy tool. Attendees will engage in discussion about health, wellness and health equity, and be able to bring valuable (and already available) tools back to their collaborative, community, or practice.
