Learning Objectives:
  1. Learn how to adapt the use of Safety Cards in violence prevention and intervention work among diverse campus health and student organizations.
  2. Learn to utilize the Handbook to bridge seemingly disparate and siloed health and academic fields to organize a collaborative, comprehensive campus movement.
Description:
This handbook focuses on the link between mental and physical health and sexual violence, and the need for a collaborative, cohesive effort to prevent gendered violence on college campuses. It is intended to be used in conjunction with wallet-sized, informational Campus Safety Cards by healthcare practitioners working in college campus health centers, and by student peer health educators and student advocates.
