Description:
India adaptation of CBIM, Parivartan is based on belief in the power and influence of coaches and role models for young men attempted to answer a critical questions - what changes is needed in adapting a program from north to south and what is the impact of such effort. The result demonstrated a distinct positive shift among athletes and coaches towards gender equality and violence against women. However a sustained long-term investment in the Parivartan program is an imperative.
