Description:
Workers engaged in the field of domestic violence, by the very nature of the issue, are at risk of experiencing compassion fatigue. Information on how to identify compassion fatigue, practical tips on supporting the worker experiencing compassion fatigue, and ways to care for yourself will be presented.
