Description:
The Partnership for Domestic Violence Prevention was created to address prevention of DV in the Hispanic community. Data from focus groups with Hispanic community members and service providers indicated that prevention efforts should target youth. A literature review found that there is no evidence-based dating violence prevention program developed specifically for Hispanics. This poster will discuss the findings from the focus groups as well as integration of evidence - based TDV prevention strategies and culturally specific factors relevant to Hispanics.
