  3. Recognize the challenges and benefits of conducting RCTs to test interventions aiming to improve outcomes for women survivors in health care settings

Description:
Presentations (30 mins) of methodological and ethical issues from 4 IPV trials will be followed by facilitated small group discussions (30 mins) of specific issues. The format will be interactive and guided by issues and questions raised by the presenters and by the participants. The facilitators will be flexible and be able to discuss issues of interest to the participants. In conclusion (20 mins), the group will summarise consensus points from each group for future RCTs on this topic.
