  2. Recognize how historical experiences persist to have residual trauma in the community
  3. Obtain recommendations to improve advocacy for native communities who have been affected by violence

Description:
The symposium will address historical and residual trauma experiences, current racism and barriers that intersect to impact health, sexual violence and community outreach in Native American populations.
