Description:
In response to the need for a brief, evidence-based safety planning tool, medical and service providers in San Francisco came together to create “My Safety Plan”: a quick and easy safety planning tool, ideal for medical settings. This low literacy, gender neutral, culturally sensitive safety plan addresses the most important aspects of a victim’s ability to stay alive and well, is available online in ten languages, and is used widely in San Francisco and across the country.
