Presentation Format:
Innovative/Promising Practice Program Report

Learning Objectives:
  1. Implement a client satisfaction and feedback survey about domestic violence into clinic settings
  2. Utilize client feedback data as a quality improvement tool to increase domestic violence and sexual assault assessment in clinic settings
Description:
As part of a public health collaboration to integrate domestic violence(DV), sexual assault (SA), and reproductive coercion (RC) assessment into reproductive health, clients seeking services in family planning clinics were asked to complete a feedback survey on whether their provider spoke to them about DV/SA/RC, whether they received resource information, and whether they see the clinic as a resource for survivors. The report will summarize these client perspectives and how to use these data for quality improvement in clinic settings.
